Thank you so much for posting this! I love Cirque! One of my neighbours is an acrobat and has done a few shows with them. We have it on our “to do” list to make a “pole dancing for fitness play date” as she is well versed in Chinese pole tricks and I teach regular inversions.
There’s something so amazing about Cirque shows – the combination of physical strength, theatre and becoming inspired through pure joy as we see what humans beings can do if we work hard, persist and have tremendous talent – which we all do in so many ways!

last cirque i watched was varekai. i took my girlfriend as a bday present and she also enjoyed it, so much so that when she n her hubby went to vegas they caught another cirque show. the hubby loved it and gave a pair of cirque tickets to his parents as present, in short i did my trending thing way before it became a fad, all because i believe in cirque du soleil. more power. if i dont win i’m still buying tickets and this time around, i’m bringing my 8 and 10 year niece n nephew. maybe i can get them interested in the science and art of performing, cirque style.
