Bronze is Best… Canada ranked as Third Best Country in the World!

On the most part, Canadians are known to be nice, polite, and humble. But, when you’re country is consistently ranked one of the best in the world, it finally feels like something to boast about!

In a recent list published by US News & World Report, Canada ranked in the 3rd position of best countries, just falling behind Japan and Switzerland.

With a 9.7 overall score, Canadians definitely have something to brag about. Ranking very high in Citizenship and Entrepreneurship, Canada also took the #1 spot for “Quality of Life”.

A good quality of life is based on a country that is affordable, with a good job market, and that is economically stable, family friendly, offers income equality, is politically stable, safe, well-developed public education system and well-developed public health system.

While we have to share the top spot with the rest of the country, safe to say that Vancouver is one of the reasons Canada did so well in the rankings!

The 2019 Best Countries rankings, was created as a collaboration between BAV Group, a unit of global marketing communications company VMLY&R, and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. The rankings are based on a study that surveyed more than 20,000 global citizens from four regions to assess perceptions of 80 countries on 75 different metrics.
