Grouse Mountain
After a very long wait, the snow is … slowly… arriving in Vancouver! The local mountains have been making snow like mad and have officially opened for the 2018/19 season.
With snow in the forecast, it’s officially time to dust off your skis or boards and dig out your goggles and gloves! Here is what’s open so far:

Grouse Mountain
Earlier this week, Grouse Mountain’s winter season kicked off with Paradise and Paradise Jib Park opening up. The runs are open from 9am to 10pm and Early Season ticket pricing is available.
With the snow in the forecast, keep your eyes peeled on their website for updates on additional terrain.
This is an especially important season for Grouse Mountain, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary of terrain parks!
There are also tons of other activities on the mountain, after you get tired of lapping the Greenway Chairlift!

Cypress Mountain
With a hardworking snowmaking team, Cypress Mountain opened up their Eagle Express Quad Chair and Easy Rider Chair from 9am to 4pm.

Mount Seymour
Although Mount Seymour boasts higher elevations, it lacks snow guns! Mount Seymour isn’t open quite yet… Stay tuned on their website for more updates.

Whistler Mountain
A glorious drive up the Sea to Sky highway will get you to Whistler/Blackcomb, which has been open for a few weeks now!
