What better way to kick of the New Year than some outlandish sex stories?
This Wednesday, local performers take part in the storytelling game show Story Story Lie. In the show, storytellers share tales—one of which is a lie. It’s up to the audience to spot the deceiver. For this edition, the stories are naughty in nature.
This Wednesday night’s storytellers include burlesque performer/actor Tristan Risk, singer/songwriter and serial oversharer Shirley Gnome, comedian Claire Pollock of the Dirty Betty Show, and ECCW (Elite Canadian Championship Wrestling) pro and star of the documentary Weirdo Hero Ravenous Randy Myers. Jo Dworschak hosts.
The Hot and Heavy edition of Story Story Lie takes place at the Rio Theatre, 1660 E. Broadway. Doors open at 6:30, with the show at 7. Tickets are $10 at riotheatretickets.ca, and $12 at the door.
